Just heard about another wreck caused by a broken front yoke. It could have been a minor thing but it turned bad when the driveshaft dug in and flipped the car on its side.
A good DS loop is normally less than $80 and most of the Metco models are bolt-on.
This is something to consider if you have upped the hp on your car.

| Good Point, I was always told by my old Drag Racing Buddies that this is a must if you are going to ever race your car. Only makes sense when your adding power. More power means more torque and that always seem to find the weak spots. |

I have a buddy that's finishing up his project, he lives in Texas. The car is a 03 Mach1 with a big bore and stroked 5.4 DOHC that's been twin turbo'd. Not baby turbo's ---- huge turbo's.
He dyno'd at 1100RWhp for the break in. He was under the car a few days ago and noticed his FRPP Aluminum driveshaft is slightly twisted.
I'm thinking they don't stay twisted long, he's replacing it with a carbon fiber driveshaft. $$$$$$$  |
